Ballenas, Administrative Officer III kang Minicipalidad kang Sibalom, ang nagpanguna sa quiz contest sa Municipality category, kag ginsundan ni Sharon Rose Gallego, Local Treasury Operations Officer, Municipal Treasurer's Office kang T. Fornier; kag third- Victor Soria, Municipal Accountant kang munisipalidad kang Libertad.
Sa Barangay category quiz contest: first- Joan Buton, Barangay Secretary, Catungan IV, Sibalom; second- Jimmy Verano Punong Barangay, Ilabas, Sibalom; kag third- Maria Gleda Escobar, Barangay Secretary, Barangay Poblacion, Belison.
Kag sa SK Category: sanday Jovelyn A. Pelone, Rondick J. Mabuha and John Paul A. Loyola kang UA College of Arts and Sciences ang napasidunggan para sa nahauna nga lugar; ginsundan nanday Arnel C. Yaranon Jr., Rodin Vallido , kag Madelyn E. Morillo kang UA-BSCE; kag third place- Diana Rose G. Lampasa, Cherry Lyn V. Estolano, kag Jenny Joy M. Hermogenes kang UA-College of Education.
