West Chester, PA - Weston Solutions, Inc. (Weston) was awarded a $150 Million Unrestricted Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Fuels, Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the United States (CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii) and Outlying Areas by USACE Omaha District.
The purpose of this MATOC is to provide design-build and construction services in support of sustainability, restoration, and modernization (SRM) of DoD fuels infrastructure within the United States and outlying areas. The scope of work includes replacing aging fuel infrastructure and/or components, repairing storage tanks and containment areas, performing POL system upgrades and maintenance (modernization) and, demolition, constructing fuels support facilities, conducting regulatory compliance, and providing design to support the construction work projects for primary customer, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
The DoD fuels infrastructure consists largely of real property facilities and supporting infrastructure which transfer, receive, store, and dispense fuels in support of day-to-day, training, and operational missions across the globe.
Over the course of our three consecutive contracts, Weston has completed the design and/or construction services on 36 fuels task orders in 43 states at over 140 installations for Omaha POL-MCX valued at $94M. Weston Vice President, Program Manager, Chris Henry states, "Weston is proud to continue as a member of the USACE fuels team.
